Watered data deletion.
01There is no account to delete
Watered does not have accounts. You never sign up, and we never create a record of you. Everything the app knows — your plants, their photos, their watering history and your reminders — is stored on your phone and nowhere else.
That means deletion is entirely in your hands, and it takes effect immediately rather than waiting on a request to us.
02Deleting individual plants
To remove a single plant and its photos, open that plant in the app and choose to delete it. Its record, its pictures and its watering history are removed from your device.
03Deleting everything
Uninstalling Watered removes all of its data with it. On iPhone, press and hold the app icon and choose to delete the app. On Android, press and hold the icon and choose uninstall, or remove it from the app list in Settings.
Once the app is gone, nothing of yours remains. There is no server copy for us to clear.
04One thing to check separately
If your phone backs up to iCloud or Google, a copy of Watered's data may still exist in that backup. Those backups belong to your Apple or Google account and only you can manage them — you can remove them in your device's backup settings.
05What we hold, and how to have it removed
In normal use, nothing. The only personal data we could hold is an email conversation, if you have written to us for support.
To have that deleted, write to support@nextpace.app from the address you contacted us on and ask us to delete your correspondence. We will confirm within 30 days.
Photos sent for plant identification are not kept by us — we do not run a server that receives them. How that works is set out in the privacy policy.
