01The short version
This site is a set of static pages describing our company and our products. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are or which pages you read.
02Server logs
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google. Like any web host, it records standard technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser and device type. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
Those logs sit with Google as our hosting provider, and Google acts as our processor for them. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else. Google's handling of the data is described in its own privacy documentation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
03Cookies
We do not set any. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
04If you email us
The addresses on this site are ordinary mailboxes. If you write to us, we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with your question, and for up to two years afterwards so we have the context if you write again. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
05Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to igor@nextpace.app and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the authority in your own country.
06Changes
If we add anything to this site that handles data differently — a contact form, or analytics — we will update this page and change the date above before it goes live.
07Who we are
This site is run by NEXTPACE APP, registered in Cyprus under number HE475440, at Αγίου Παύλου 115, Office 3, 2360 - 2373 Άγιος Δομέτιος, Cyprus. We are the data controller for the processing described above.
