02What the site is for

This site exists to describe our company and the products we build. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice of any kind, and using the site does not create a business relationship between us.

NEXTPACE APP builds and publishes its own products. We are not an agency and we do not take on client work, so nothing here should be read as an offer of services.

03Accuracy

We keep the site current and correct as best we can, but we cannot promise everything on it is complete or up to date at any given moment. Product details, availability and plans change. Where a product has its own terms, those terms govern that product, not this page.

04What belongs to us

The design, text, code, logos and product names on this site belong to NEXTPACE APP. You are welcome to read, link to and quote the site with attribution. Please do not copy it wholesale, or use our names and logos in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

Where we link elsewhere — an app store listing, for example — we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
